Mustafa Azami


As a Community Organizer at PANA, Mustafa advocates for immigrant and refugee communities by organizing a group of people who share common goals. He supports PANA’s campaign strategies, addresses community issues, and provides immediate support to immigrant and refugee communities.

Prior to joining PANA, Mustafa was a legal case assistant at Singleton Schreiber, a fearless advocacy law firm in San Diego. A native of Afghanistan, he was born in Kabul and moved to the United States in 2021. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kabul Polytechnic University and his master's degree in master business administration from Kardan University.

Mustafa voluntarily visits and mentors unaccompanied minor Afghan kids at shelters. During his free time, he enjoys playing football, swimming, playing chess, and spending time with his loved ones.
